The next generation of HR leaders are getting well equipped and are adept in their techniques. Being part of the training team, I facilitated an on-campus workshop on Neuro-Linguistic Program (NLP) and its practicing techniques for the MA, HRM students of D.G.Vaishnav College, Chennai.
The future HR managers were able to gather knowledge of the science and apply skills, enabling human excellence in performance leadership. On seeing their competency, I am sure these students are going to be turn around players in the HR arena and will prove to have a ‘Swiss Army Knife’ caliber. The institution deserves appreciation in playing a key role by imbibing skill-enhancing modules like NLP, which adds more value to their curriculum apart from the mainstream subjects. The ongoing business challenges and the future demands of the corporate HR must have leaders with proficiency and wisdom.
